Q: Do Babee Talk products meet all the new safety requirements?
A: Absolutely! All of our products meet or exceed all required tests for juvenile products. Our products undergo extensive testing — both mandatory and voluntary — and we always buzz through with flying colors. It is our top priority to strive to be second to none in the industry.
Q: Are all the fabrics used in Babee Talk products organic?
A:Yes! All the fibers are grown and certified organic. All U.S. fibers are certified by the Texas Department of Agriculture to the USDA Organic standards. All imported fabrics conform to the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS). GOTS is the leading processing standard for textiles. The fabrics we use are third-party certified by the well-known and respected Control Union. GOTS certification by Control Union also addresses fair trade issues, so we can rest assured that the people and the planet are being treated with respect. Q: What dyes are used on your products?
A: We did extensive research to source the safest dyes for our products. Fiber-reactive dyes, when washed properly, are safe for babies. The dyes will not come off on their skin or in their mouth, which is very important. Since our products are made to be next to a baby's skin and chewed on, we feel these dyes are the safest to use. Other dyes, which we have chosen not to use, will wash off a little bit every time they get washed, so the dyes can come off with a baby's saliva. Yuck! We don't want those chemicals in your baby's mouth. While fiber-reactive dyes are not perfect, they are the safest we have found. All the dyes and printing conform to the Oeko-Tex 100 standard. You can read more about the chemistry details on Oeko Tex website (www.oekotex.com). All the printed and dyed fabrics we use have been produced in conformance with these standards. We want only the best for your baby.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our bedding products are proudly made in the USA. Our toys are made in China at a respected factory. Through ongoing assessments and inspections, we can assure you that all our products are made in the most ethical and safe manner. Every manufacturer is required to sign our Code of Conduct. We only partner with factories that share our ethical standards.
Q: Why do you use a textured surface for the teething rail cover?
A: It's simple! What babies want to soothe their gums on a smooth surface? Babies want a textured surface that feels good on their gums. No more pushing the cover to the side to teethe on the hard wood surface on the crib. The textured surface is soft enough for a baby but tough enough for the relentless teethers. Q: Why do you recommend only Babee Talk® toys for the teething rail covers? Why is there a simple Velcro patch on the cover?
A: Safety is our “number one concern”. We worked tirelessly with safety companies to design a toy that we felt was the safest for your baby. When used together, the cover and toys make a safe, fun and healthy teething environment for your baby. Our toys and covers are designed to work together. Using a toy other than ours may pose a safety hazard. We don't use tabs to hang the toys because of safety concerns. Our design is simple and smart, and when used properly, can create a safe haven for your little one!
Q: Tell me about the sound modules in Eco-Buds®.
A: Making babies happy is our mission, especially when designing Babee Talk toys. We add sounds to our toys because we think it’s important in a baby’s development. We want to both entertain and educate — making children smile even more! Q: How long will it take to receive my Babee Talk order?
A: All orders are filled as promptly as possible. We ship most orders to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order.If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: We currently only ship within the United States.
Q: What is the Babee Talk return policy?
A: Your complete satisfaction is our priority and that is why we offer “The Babee Guarantee”. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with any of your products, you can return it for a refund minus shipping charges.
All unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the item minus shipping charges. If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or (888) 365-5954.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.
Returns that do not include a RMA will not be accepted. To receive an RMA, please call (888) 365-5954 or email email@example.com. Once you have obtained an RMA, print it on the return address label and place on outside of box. Please return merchandise to us through a carrier that provides a tracking number. We strongly recommend you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages that do not include a tracking number. (Note: RMAs are valid for 30 days after issue. Under no circumstances will RMAs be reissued.)
Once your return is received, and our warehouse inspects the merchandise, we will issue a refund within 72 hours. Refunds can take an additional 2-10 days based on your credit card company.
