What is the Babee Talk return policy?


Your complete satisfaction is our priority and that is why we offer “The Babee Guarantee”. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with any of your products, you can return it for a refund minus shipping charges.

All unused products in original packaging may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the exact price of the item minus shipping charges. If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at customerservice@babeetalk.com or 888.365.5954

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Returns that do not include a RMA will not be accepted. To receive an RMA, please call 888.365.5954 or email us at customerservice@babeetalk.com. We will email you a return form to be included in the return package. Please return merchandise to us through a carrier that provides a tracking number. We strongly recommend you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages that do not include a tracking number. (Note: RMAs are valid for 10 days after issue. Under no circumstances will RMAs be reissued.)

Once your return is received, and our warehouse inspects the merchandise, we will issue a refund within 72 hours. Refunds can take an additional 2-10 days based on your credit card company.

We are not responsible for damaged items or lost items due to carrier handling. If you receive your order damaged, please file a claim with USPS or UPS. In the event you do not receive your order within the allotted shipping time, please contact us to provide assistance in finding your order.
